Who We Are

Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide through forms on this site (email address, name, business name, phone number when offered).
• Scheduling information when you book a demo via Calendly (name, email, meeting time).
• Basic site analytics such as pages visited, referring site, and browser type. We do not fingerprint or track individual users across sites.
• Client campaign data when you become a customer: customer contact lists you upload, message content, and campaign performance metrics — all handled under a separate service agreement.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries, deliver requested audits, and schedule demos.
• To operate the services you've engaged us for (SmartReach, TradeBOT, LeadFlow).
• To send service-related updates. We do not sell or rent your data.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on these vetted service providers to operate the site and service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Formspree — processes the audit-request form submissions.
• Calendly — powers the demo-booking flow.
• Twilio — delivers SMS messages sent on behalf of client campaigns.
• Google Fonts — serves typography assets to your browser.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and demo-booking data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, unless a different period is specified in your service agreement.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@tradeworksllc.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

SMS & TCPA

Any SMS messages sent through our platform are sent only to recipients who have provided prior express consent, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. See our SMS / TCPA Compliance page for details.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party tools (Calendly, Formspree) may set their own cookies when their widgets are loaded or used.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
