SMS & TCPA Compliance
TradeWorks LLC operates all SMS campaigns in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and 10DLC registration requirements.
Opt-In
Messages are sent only to recipients who have provided prior express consent to be contacted by SMS. Consent is collected through one or more of the following:
- An existing customer relationship with our client (e.g., the recipient requested service, received an estimate, or was an active customer).
- A web form or lead-capture form where the recipient explicitly agreed to receive SMS messages.
- A verbal or written opt-in collected in person or over the phone.
Consent records — including timestamp, source, and the exact language shown at opt-in — are retained for each subscriber.
Message Content & Purpose
SMS messages sent through our platform on behalf of trades businesses include appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, reactivation campaigns to past customers, and promotional offers for services the recipient has expressed interest in. Every message identifies the sending business by name.
Message Frequency
Frequency varies by campaign type. Transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) are sent as needed. Promotional campaigns are limited to a reasonable cadence — typically no more than 4–8 messages per month per subscriber. Recipients are informed of expected frequency at opt-in.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers
TradeWorks is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on recipient carrier networks and device availability. Messages are routed through registered 10DLC campaigns via a CTIA-vetted messaging provider.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS conversation data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS lists with third parties.

If you believe you received a message in error or want to report a concern, email hello@tradeworksllc.com. We respond within one business day and honor opt-out requests immediately.
